 We do hope that you love your purchases, but understand that sometimes you may want to return them. You are welcome to do so; for a complete refund, within 14 days of dispatch.

To return an item, please email us at: [email protected] or by completing the form on the 'contact us' page with your Ibbidy order number, the reason for returning and your contact details. 

You will need to return the item at your own expense, unused and in it's original condition, securely packaged with your name and order number inside. 

Please ensure you have and retain proof of postage, as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Orders returned after 14 days will not be refunded, and you will need to arrange collection to get the items back to you. 

 All of our products (except personalised items) apply to our returns policy – if you are not happy with them, you can return them for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions. We do not refund shipping costs. 

 Faulty And Damaged Goods 

In the unlikely event that the item you have received is faulty or damaged; please return the item back to us using the returns procedure below. 

If we agree there is a fault, we will provide you with a refund or exchange, and refund all postage costs. 

1. Email us immediately at [email protected] or through our 'contact us' page (via the website). 

2. We will then provide you with return details. Please return to us within 7 days of opening communication with us. 

3. Once we have received the faulty item and investigated, we will action a refund or replacement (if available) dependent on your preference. 

PLEASE DO NOT just send it back to us, as we will not refund postage unless agreed by us. 

Lost Orders 

UK orders normally arrive within 5 working days. If your order hasn't arrived after 7 working days of receiving notification that it has been posted, please contact us and we will investigate. 

All orders are posted with Royal Mail tracking references (please see postage policy for further information). 

Proof Of Postage 

Proof of postage should always be obtained from the Post Office when returning items. Failure to do so may result in refusal to refund should your order go missing before it arrives back with us. 

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of our terms and conditions.
